She’s only 20, but Stephanie Irene Santana is making a strong case for worst mother alive status. Houston police arrested her after finding her drunk and passed out inside her idling car around 2:40 this morning. The front door was also open, making it easy for police to find several bottles of beer inside of a diaper bag and some Xanax. Oh yeah, Santana’s also pregnant.

Police later learned that Santana left her one-year-old daughter unattended in the car while she ran into a local tattoo parlor to get a piercing. She was denied by an employee, who called the police after watching her stumble to her car.

Santana will face a DWI charge, in addition to endangering a child and possession of a controlled substance. The baby was handed over to Child Protective Services, and Santana will probably have a great time trying to get her back.

Saigon caused quite a stir over the weekend when an interview he had with SOHH leaked. In the interview Sai disses Diddy, Rick Ross and Big Sean. In an attempt to clarify what he said during the conversation with the website, Sai just released a new vlog. He claims what he said was taken out of context and not meant to attack Ross specifically. He says he was talking about the direction of his new album and things he's going to be speaking out against, including rappers who glorify drug dealing.

In a new development, Justin Bieber has been suspected for criminal battery, according to a law enforcement source.

Bieber was hanging out at a mall earlier today called The Commons in Calabasas, California where he currently lives. During his outing, a paparazzo attempted to take his picture. TMZ reports that some sort of altercation happened between the photographer and Bieber.

The photographer called 911 but it was too late. When police officials arrived, Bieber and his girlfriend Selina Gomez had fled the scene.

The photographer told officers that he had pains in his upper torso, which he was then admitted to a local hospital and then released shortly after. He later filed a police report claiming that Bieber was responsible. The police are investigating this incident as a misdemeanor battery.

So far, the police have not reached Bieber, Gomez or any witnesses for questioning on the alleged assault.

Antonio Silva vowed to be highly motivated against former UFC heavyweight champion Cain Velasquez. But motivation was never an issue for Velasquez, who entered the UFC 146 co-main event determined to send a message that he is prepared to reclaim his title.

He accomplished his goal, finishing Silva by TKO at 3:36 of the first round.

“It’s definitely a step in the right direction,” Velasquez said. “Daniel Cormier, my teammate, fought Silva and he told me some things that occurred when they fought.”

Cormier was the fighter Silva said he was not motivated to fight.

Velasquez (10-1) wasted no time establishing his dominance over Silva. He quickly took Silva to the ground and began delivering elbows and punches.

A hard left elbow opened a huge cut on the forehead of Silva. The amount of blood pouring from his wound made it difficult for Silva (16-4) to see.

After a cageside physician allowed the bout to continue, Velasquez resumed the punishment. Velasquez further targeted Silva’s injury.

When Silva no longer could defend himself, referee Josh Rosenthal jumped in to stop the fight.
